Denmark's most sustainable restaurants

Denmark is the leading Nordic nation for sustainable dining. For us, that means looking after the local economy, caring for the environment with responsible fishing and farming guidelines, focusing on local and seasonal food, and producing a dining experience with a low carbon footprint.

    Molskroen

Molskroen also received the Michelin Guide's sustainability emblem in 2020 and is known for its committment to local sourcing. Pickling and fermenting makes the food last for longer; leftovers are turned into animal feed and menus include local Limfjord oysters fresh from the sea, and asparagus picked the same day in local farms.
