In the center of Højhuset you will find the Dining Room. A cozy eatery where you can get seasonal dishes based on organic and local ingredients. With our own kitchen garden and sheep in our own fold, we take the soil-to-table concept quite literally.

Højhuset cannot be put in a box. Fortunately!
On a daily basis, the Dining Room is only open to pre-ordered parties, but from time to time we open as a POP UP restaurant. See our website for more info.
