The Copenhagen Congress Center/The Bella Center belongs to the elite of European congress and convention centers and is capable of hosting, arranging, and organizing any type of event, including lavish functions and banquets, as well as international conferences, and exhibits in connection with conventions.

10,000 conference attendees

The permanent Bella Center meeting facilities can accommodate up to 10,000 conference attendees at the time and offer 30 conference rooms that hold up to 4,200 visitors.

Five of the conference rooms are located in the exhibition area and are therefore frequently used in connection with larger fairs and exhibits.

In case of larger events that require room for 10,000 visitors and beyond, the exhibit halls are put into use.

"I have worked at Bella Center a few times since its renovation. I think it's a good high quality venue with great add on facilities such as the latest security systems. The Bella Center is also equipped with a full AVVID Cisco Network architecture and broad band internet access, making this one of the most high-tech conference centres in the world.
For an event organiser, the Bella Center gives you the opportunity to be flexible with the space - we recently produced Networkers, and the Cisco Learning Community event for Cisco Systems- it was the perfect venue for 3,000 delegates for a multi-purpose event of plenary, exhibition and life performance. The light open atrium would also be an ideal exhibition space. Not only did the venue work really well but the staff were very proactive especially as we needed to make last minute changes constantly."

The American media giant Forbes held their third European CEO Forum in Copenhagen on the 7th-8th of June 2006. Forbes CEO Forum, Europe is a prestigious conference where the world's most influential business leaders are invited together with top people from universities and governments from around the world.

Also, the Rotary International Convention took place in Copenhagen in Denmark and Malmoe and Helsingborg in Sweden in June. There were around 15,000 attendees from 140 countries.
